Chuck Fricke to be guest speaker at LCG&HS Annual Dinner

Chuck Fricke will be presenting the power point program, "The Flag, Patriotism, and Veterans," during the Monday, November 18, annual dinner meeting of the Logan County Genealogical & Historical Society.

Fricke will also be displaying ten flags, including the well-known "Don't Tread On Me."

Reservations for the 6:30 p.m. dinner at Daphne's must be made by Friday, Nov. 8, and may be placed by phoning 217-737-3710. Reservation forms will also be available this week at the Society located at 114 N. Chicago St., phone [phone].

The Society building can be entered from the back door off the alley behind the building due to sidewalk construction on Chicago Street. Office hours are 11 to 3 Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The public is invited to attend.
