Trillium Place Lincoln Transitions Outpatient Addiction Recovery Services to Hope on 5th
New space will provide individuals with passionate, high-quality care close to home

Trillium Place, an affiliate of Carle Health, is proud to offer high quality, outpatient addiction recovery and substance use care close to home for residents of Lincoln and its surrounding communities. To better serve patients, effective this week, our passionate and dedicated team of addiction recovery specialists will provide care from Hope on 5th, located at 200 5th Street, Lincoln IL 62656.

This new facility will provide substance use disorder assessments, outpatient services and DUI evaluations all in a more centralized location that allows patients to get the care they need, when they need it. Additionally, as part of Trillium Place’s continuum of care, individuals will be able to receive referrals to other programming such as inpatient detox treatment or residential programs.

“This is an incredible team of people who are kind, caring and go above and beyond for individuals in every step of their recovery journey,” Denise King, Trillium Place Manager of Community Services, said. “Our mission is to improve the lives of patients and their families in our care. Our new location will allow us to carry out that mission close to home for residents of Lincoln and its surrounding communities.”

Trillium Place Lincoln is one of several high-quality addiction recovery providers within the Carle Health system, treating a range of substance use addictions such as alcohol, opioids and more.

Our highly experienced team of physicians, certified addiction counselors, nurse practitioners and licensed clinical professional counselors can help individuals and their loved ones by providing compassionate and confidential treatment and intervention. With nearly 15 years of service, Trillium Place Lincoln will continue to help individuals on their recovery journey. The transition will not delay any access to care and current patients will experience a seamless shift as the clinical team moves locations.
