The Pink Shirt pictures for today
feature two of our finest businesses in Lincoln, one
that has been around a while, and one that is pretty
new. Both are businesses that rely heavily on family
support for their day to day operations. Family can
be very important in our personal lives as well as
in our professional lives.
Family can also be important as we launch a battle
against cancer of any kind. Not only is it important
to have the love and support of your family, but it
is also important to know your family health
history.
Doctors will always ask about family illnesses and
diseases in the early stages of any health
investigation. So, even if you are healthy now, be
aware that the day may come when you need to know
your family history to assist your doctor in your
diagnosis and treatment of any condition.
If you don’t have that information, take time to get
it. The holidays are coming up and it is a good time
to get together as family. Why not ask a few
questions if you do not already have the answers? It
could make a big difference in the future.
