"It's Time to Fiesta" during
Hartsburg Emden's Prom Grand March

Saturday, April 26 Hartsburg
Emden CUSD 21 held its junior senior prom beginning with a grand
March in the school gymnasium at 5:30.
This year’s theme was “It’s time to
Fiesta.” The archway prom goers walked under was decorated with
brightly colored flowers.
Everyone was dressed to the nines with many girls wearing glittery
and shimmery dresses. The guys had snazzy tuxedos with brightly
colored cummerbunds.
As they walked down the runway,
emcee John Robinson announced their names, and each group or
individual stopped briefly then posed under the arch.

After the march, the Junior
class prince and princess and senior class king and queen were
crowned.
This year’s prince and princess are
Brendan Armbrust and Alayna Briggs. King and Queen are Carson Zinser
and Bella Grabowski.
Before heading to prom at the Emden Community House, many promgoers
posed for photos with family and friends.
