Traffic patterns for Balloons Over
66

On August 22nd and 23rd, 2025,
the City of Lincoln will enjoy hosting thousands of visitors and
spectators for the annual Balloons Over 66 festival.
This year will be the second year that the night glows, tethered
balloon rides, launches and other fun activities will be held at the
Open Arms Church Campus at 1321 Illinois Route 10 in Lincoln,
Illinois.
In order to accommodate the higher levels of traffic, all visitors
entering Open Arms will be directed to enter the event on Campus
View Drive by turning south off of Keokuk/Illinois Route 10. All
visitors exiting Open Arms will be directed to use Chapel Road to
access Illinois Route 10, both east and west.
