On Thursday morning,
the Logan County Tourism Bureau received a group of
visitors at the Mill on 66 Museum from Argentina.
The group of 14 attended the farmer's CREA in
Springfield. Afterward they visited Lincoln and made
a stop at the Mill. While some of them did not speak
English, those who did helped bridge the language
barriers. The group had lots of questions about
Abraham Lincoln and about the Mill. The were also
interested in hearing about the farm industry in
Logan County.
“They were a charming group and felt right at home
and we had many good laughs,” said LCTB Director
Wanda Lee Rohlfs. “It was interesting for me to know
that people will travel to learn more about the
agriculture business.”
