The Lincoln Railers volleyball team traveled to
Champaign Centennial on Thursday night and the JV and Varsity
teams each picked up wins, improving to 2-0 on the season.
The Lincoln JV team won 25-15 and 25-17.
The Railers Varsity squad won in two sets, 25-11 and 25-13.
Lily Holmes led Lincoln with 6 kills. She also had 5 digs.
Makia Hassebrock had 3 kills, 5 digs and 6 service points.
Lauren Tedrick was outstanding with 15 assists, 12 service
points, 8 aces and 6 digs.
Lincoln’s next game is at Rochester on Tuesday, September 2,
2025.
