Mount Pulaski Lady Toppers beat

The Mount Pulaski Lady Toppers improved their record to 9-0
on Saturday afternoon with a 36-23 win at home over Auburn.
Aly Murphy led Mount Pulaski with 21 points.
Murphy and Addison Brown combined to score eleven points in the
first quarter as the Lady Toppers held an 11-5 lead over Auburn.
Brown tossed in two 3s while Murphy earned all of her points at the
free throw line.
Mount Pulaski was up 16-6 at the half.
Murphy led the team with eight points in the third quarter as the
Lady Toppers increased their lead to 28-15.
Murphy’s two 3s in the final quarter helped Mount Pulaski stay in
front by double-digits. The 36-23 win keeps Mount Pulaski’s record a
perfect 9-0 to start the season.
Auburn won the JV game 30-19 over Mount Pulaski.
Mount Pulaski will play at Williamsville today with the JV game
scheduled at 4:00 p.m. The Varsity will follow at 5:30 p.m.
