New continuing education classes at Heartland Community Lincoln

 

[February 25, 2025]  Lincoln, IL, February 24, 2025 – Heartland Community College Lincoln is now enrolling students in non-credit courses including beginning Canva classes for March.

The Heartland Continuing Education Create with Canva: Beginners class offers students an introduction to one of the most popular web-based graphic design tools. Beginners learn to design stunning flyers, social media graphics, resumes, and other visual content using Canva. Students explore the free version of this online design tool and gain skills to navigate core features and explore assets. Students will leave with the skills to add flourish to their digital creations.

The two sessions in the Create with Canva series take place on Wednesday evenings, March 12 and 19, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Heartland Community College Lincoln, 2201 Woodlawn Road. The cost for both sessions is $55 with a registration deadline of Thursday, March 6.
