State Disbursement Unit offline affecting incoming and outgoing payments

 

[January 16, 2025]  Currently, the State Disbursement Unit is offline. This is a national issue affecting multiple states and their ability to process incoming and outgoing payments.

Technical staff are working to bring the State Disbursement Unit back online as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe for when the State Disbursement Unit will be fully operational.

Once the State Disbursement Unit is back online, payment processing will resume, and all unprocessed payments will be processed and disbursed. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
