• Jeffrey W. Bilbrey, age 35, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/17/2025 at 10:31 a.m. at his residence on a Domestic Battery charge.
   

• Jeffrey A. Plotke, age 37, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/18/2025 at 2:01 a.m. on McLean Street on Logan County Warrant 2024 CM 210 for Failure to Appear on an Aggravated Domestic Battery charge.
   

• Carrie A. Follis, age 50, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/18/2025 at 3:09 p.m. on Malerich Drive on a Retail Theft charge.
   

• Jacqueline L. Boyer, age 30, of Mason City, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/18/2025 at 7:46 p.m. on Malerich Drive on a Retail Theft charge.
   

• Amanda E. Gibson, age 42, of Atlanta, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/19/2025 at 4:04 p.m. on Malerich Drive on a Retail Theft charge.
   

Logan County Sheriff's Office

• Austin G. Leonard, age 28, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 1/18/2025 at 10:36 p.m. on State Route 121 on a Driving Under the Influence charge.

• Cameron J. Moody, age 22, of Mason City, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 1/21/2025 at 4:45 p.m. on Old Route 66 on a No Valid Driver’s License charge.
