| Heartland students named to NJCAA 
			All-Academic Team; Cara Farnam of Lincoln, IL makes First Team

            NORMAL, IL, July 28, 2025 – The 
			NJCAA has announced the 2024-25 All-Academic Teams, recognizing 
			student-athletes across the country for their dedication in the 
			classroom. Sixty-five Heartland Community College student-athletes 
			have been honored for achieving a high GPA, the highest number of 
			student athletes making the team in the history of the college. The 
			previous record was 23-24 and 22-23 (tied at 51 in both academic 
			years).
 
 Student-athletes are eligible to earn academic honors by achieving 
			an overall GPA of 3.60 or higher for the 2024-25 academic year.
