At 3 p.m. on Saturday
evening, the fifth annual Logan County Pride Fest
was celebrated in Lincoln with a ribbon cutting
ceremony. Those gathering behind the ribbon, left to
right were Pride Board members Lisa Cotton and Sam
Downs, Lincoln Mayor Tracy Welch, Pride Board
members Taylor Lyon, Kelsie Edwards, and Tristen
Karrick. On the far left and far right, Karen
Castelein and Richard Smith with Lincoln Daily News
assisted with the event.
