Lincoln Park District Aquatic
Center Celebrates Summer with Family Fun Days
[June 18, 2025]
Cloudy skies and forecasted
rain did nothing to stop the Lincoln Park District Aquatic Center
from celebrating its first Family Fun Day of the summer on Friday,
June 13. A Western Day theme with decorations, music, photo
opportunities, and games involving lassos and cactus ring toss kept
kids entertained.

Admission for Western Day Family
Fun Day was a nonperishable item for the Lincoln-Logan Food Pantry
giving families a lower cost admission, as well as the opportunity
to support others in the community. Regular pool admission and pool
passes are also accepted on Family Fun Days.

The next Family Fun Day will be
a Sports theme on July 11 with a donation to Moms Who Care as
admission. August’s Family Fun Day will be a Luau theme on
August 8 with donations for the Lincoln/Logan Food Pantry once
again.

Lincoln Park District Aquatic
Center public swim is daily from noon to 5:30 p.m. Adult Lap Swim
and Toddler Time (in the toddler pool) are from 10:45 a.m.-12:00
p.m. daily. Family Night swims are Tuesday evenings from 6:30
p.m.-8:00 p.m. with half price admission. The Aquatic Center offers
swim lessons for children and water fitness classes for adults
throughout the season.
