LMH Foundation to hold annual golf
outing on June 13

LINCOLN – The Lincoln Memorial Foundation will
hold their annual Fore! LMH Golf Outing on Friday, June 13, at the
Lincoln Elks Lodge and Golf Club.
Proceeds will support the programs and projects of the LMH Auxiliary
as they strive to improve lives and build stronger communities
through better health.
“The Auxiliary is thrilled to be the beneficiary of this year’s
event proceeds,” said Angela Whiteman, director of LMH hospitality
and auxiliary services. “They will use the funds to continue moving
our mission forward through programs like Lifeline, a 24-hour
medical alert service that gives families peace of mind.”
Sponsorships are available and team registration is now open.
Four-person golf teams will enjoy an 18-hole scramble, player gifts,
boxed lunches from Deep Roots Cafe and dinner provided by Nuthatch
BBQ. The event will also feature hole games and raffle opportunities
featuring great local prize packages.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a shotgun
start at 12:30 p.m. Dinner and an awards ceremony will be held at 5
p.m.
“This event is a wonderful opportunity to support the work of the
LMH Auxiliary and a celebration of the community’s generosity,” said
Sarah Helm, director of the Lincoln Memorial Foundation. “By
participating, golfers and sponsors directly support programs that
enhance the health and well-being of our community.”
