  • Jerrell D. Etherly, age 45, of Peoria, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 3/18/2025 at 11:40 a.m. on Keokuk Street on Mclean County Warrant, Obstructing Identification, and Criminal Damage to State Property charges.
     

  • Caprice T. Etherly, age 46, of Peoria, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 3/18/2025 at 11:22 a.m. on Keokuk Street on a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge.

  • Richard J. Vonderheide, age 58, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's Office on 3/18/2025 at 10:05 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant 2025 MT 31 on a Failure to Appear on Driving on Revoked License charge.
     

  • David L. Weaver, age 34, of Atlanta, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's Office on 3/18/2025 at 3:07 p.m. in Atlanta, IL on Logan County Warrant 2021 TR 1156 on a Failure to Appear on a Driving while License Suspended charge.
