In the Wednesday edition, LDN shared
that Indigo Quilt Studio has moved from
South Kickapoo Street downtown to
Broadway Street. That leaves an empty
store front on South Kickapoo, but fear
not, it won’t be empty long. |
The Overstock
Outlet is coming to Lincoln and will be located in
that now vacant building. Some folks from Lincoln
will recognize the store instantly because it is the
same business that has been in Mason City for the
last couple of years. The owners shared that in
Mason City they were getting a good deal of foot
traffic from Lincoln, so it just made sense to come
to Lincoln, making it easier for those loyal
customers already in place, and perhaps expanding
the customer base to more Lincoln and Logan County
residents.
The overstock Outlet will be a unique offering in
the heart of the city, not comparable to any of the
other stores, but at the same time, complimenting
the downtown shopping experience.
The store is expected to open around the first of
May.
