Stock 25 Headlines Friday Night, May 16 at Lincoln Speedway

Lincoln, IL – Another exciting Friday night of racing action
is on tap at Lincoln Speedway this Friday, May 16, as the track
hosts its third event of the 2025 racing season. The headlining
division for the night will be the DIRTcar Street Stocks, set to
battle it out in the Jayne Excavating & Welding Street Stock 25,
paying $750 to win and $75 to start. With limited appearances
scheduled for the class this season, Friday night marks a prime
opportunity for Street Stock racers to shine on the Lincoln dirt.
Also making a special appearance will be the 305 Sprint Cars, in
their first of only two visits to the high-banked 1/4-mile this
year. These winged warriors are sure to thrill fans with high-speed
action and wheel-to-wheel intensity.
Joining the Street Stocks and 305 Sprint Cars will be Lincoln
Speedway’s four weekly staples:
DIRTcar Pro Late Models
DIRTcar Modifieds
MARA Midgets
Crown Vics
Points Leaders Entering the Night:
Pro Late Models: Dakota Ewing leads the standings following his win
in the season opener on April 13.
Modifieds: Ray Bollinger of Kewanee, IL, a former track champion,
holds the point lead with two strong finishes to start the year.
Crown Vics: Ken Johnson of Itasca, IL sits atop the leaderboard
after a win on opening night.
MARA Midgets: Parker Jones leads a tight battle over Lincoln-area
favorites Jace Sparks and Daltyn England.
