At the Monday, May 19th meeting of the Lincoln
City Council, aldermen lent their support to Mayor
Tracy Welch’s department head appointments by
unanimous consent.
Immediately following each vote, the department
heads were sworn into a new year of service to the
city by city attorney John Hoblit.

Lincoln Police Chief Joe Meister |

Superintendent of Streets and Alleys
Walt Landers |

Building and Zoning Officer Wes
Woodhall |
Lincoln Fire Chief Aaron Ty Johnson was unable to
attend and will be sworn in at a later date.
Also sworn into service to the city on Monday night
were two staff for the Lincoln Police Department.

Kirstin Rawlins was sworn in as the
Administrative Assistant to the Chief of
Police. |

Evelynn Aiken was sworn into the
position of Records and Property Clerk
for for the department. |
