MOWA 410 Winged Sprints Headline Full Friday Night Program in Central Illinois
Sprint Cars Return to Lincoln Speedway for May 30 Showdown

[May 29, 2025]  Lincoln, IL – Open-wheel excitement takes center stage this Friday, May 30 at Lincoln Speedway, as the Morrow Brothers Ford MOWA Sprint Cars roar back to the ¼-mile bullring for the first of two scheduled visits in 2025. The event will mark just the second race of the season for the MOWA series, which has battled multiple early season rainouts.

Fresh off a thrilling last-lap victory at Jacksonville Speedway on May 9, Will Armitage, of Athens, IL, leads the MOWA Sprint Car standings into Lincoln. Armitage’s dramatic pass in the season opener gave him the early points lead over a competitive field that included Max Guilford, Zach Daum, Brayton Lynch, and Korey Weyant, who rounded out the top five.

Joining the Sprint Cars will be a full card of action-packed divisions:

- DIRTcar Pro Late Models
- DIRTcar Modifieds
- MARA Midgets
- Crown Vics

In the DIRTcar Modifieds, many-time Lincoln Speedway champion Brian Lynn of Mason City, IL leads the standings by just 10 points over his son, Austin Lynn, who is fresh off his first win of the season.

The Pro Late Model division has belonged to Dakota Ewing, who has won both features so far in 2025. Lincoln’s own Ryan Miller sits second in points with Braden Johnson close behind in third.

Another Lincoln standout, Aidan Crowell, tops the Crown Vic standings after picking up his first-ever win at the track on May 16. Justin Miller and Ken Johnson are close behind in what is shaping up to be a competitive season.
