Adoptions fees for dogs sponsored
in full at Logan County Animal Control
[October 31, 2025]
On October 28 Logan County
Animal Rescue (LCAR) announced that for two weeks (through Nov. 11)
they would sponsor all adoptions for all of the dogs at Logan County
Animal Control. As long as your application is approved LCAR will
cover your adoption fees.
Please make note that these are
separate entities and LCAR does not accept applications or answer
inquiries on animal control's behalf.
Logan County Animal Control is
located at 1517 N. Kickapoo St. in Lincoln. They are open Mon. -
Fri. from 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. It's best to call before you visit
in case they are out on a run. The number is 217-735-3232.
Logan County Animal Rescue is a
not-for-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to saving animals and
relocating them to no-kill shelters until a forever home can be
