Fatal Accident US Highway 66/Stringer Avenue

The Logan County Coroner’s
Office and Illinois State Police are in investigating a two vehicle
car accident that occurred on Monday, November 3, 2025 at
approximately 1627 hours on Us Highway 66 / Stringer Avenue in
Lincoln that resulted in the death of 53 year old male who was
pronounced deceased at the scene. The other drive was transported an
area hospital. Name of the deceased driver will be released after
family has been notified.
