Pink Pumpkin fundraising efforts
begin with a new online auction option in September

With the start of the month of
September, the Pink Pumpkin Auction committee is busy working up
ways to raise money this year for the American Cancer Society while
raising awareness for our local Breast Cancer Warriors and
Survivors.
We are adding a new component this year, an online auction that will
be held the entire month of September. But don’t worry, for those of
you who enjoy the live event on the first Thursday night in October,
just as we do, it will still be happening.
The online auction is through an auction site designed specifically
for fundraising. It is called Give Butter. You will have the
opportunity after August 31st, to login and set up your account,
then you may find the Pink Pumpkin online Fundraiser Auction and
view all the marvelous items that we are offering!
To whet your appetite, we’re going to preview some of those items in
Lincoln Daily News, starting right now!
We have three trips that can be purchased. The three span a variety
of price ranges with purchase values from $3,090 to $11,860. All
three will start bidding well below those values, and could even
sell at a value less than, so be sure to check them out!

live and silent auctions.
All proceeds from the fundraising events will be forwarded to the
American Cancer Society.
