Public invited to join LMH Harvest
100 Walking Challenge throughout October

LINCOLN – Lincoln Memorial
Hospital invites the public to take the Harvest 100 Walking
Challenge in October, a free month-long walking challenge that runs
Oct. 1-31, 2025.
Participants can track their cumulative miles using the free Pacer
app. Simply scan the QR code in the registration link and use a
cellphone or sync a smartwatch to log steps. Besides the health
benefits of moving more, registered participants who log 100 or more
miles will receive a Harvest 100 Walking Challenge T-shirt.
