Postal Workers Food Drive, Saturday, May 9th

[April 30, 2026]  Saturday, May 9, 2026, will be the annual Postal Food Drive, hosted by the Lincoln Post Office.

Please consider participating in this year’s food drive to put food on the tables of those in need. Place your donation of non-perishable food items next to your mailbox in the morning, and postal carriers will collect them.

The carriers will pick up the donations and take them to the Lincoln post office; food will be divided up by volunteers and delivered to the participating food pantries. The participating pantries are Lincoln Logan Food Pantry, Holy Family/Catholic Charities, The Salvation Army, and Jefferson Street Christian Church Food Pantry.

There is a tremendous need for food for the pantries. There are many hungry people in our community. Every donation, every can or box of food given, stays in Lincoln/Logan County. Please help the mail carriers stock local food pantries to benefit our neighbors.

Coordinator, Lincoln Postal Food Drive]
