Lady Railers defeat Champaign Central 69-35; Mia Clark scores career-high 31 points

[February 02, 2026]  The Lady Railers rebounded in a big way after Friday night’s tough loss at Normal U-High, defeating Champaign Central on Saturday afternoon 69-35.

After Mia Clark hit her 1,000th career point on Friday night, she decided to keep making her own history by scoring a career-high 31 points versus Champaign Central.

Clark poured in three 3s and went 4-for-4 from the free throw line in the first quarter to send Lincoln sailing past the Maroons with a 22-6 lead.

Clark hit two more 3s in the second quarter and finished with eight points here. Grace Bivin also tossed in eight points for the Lady Railers and by halftime the lead was 45-14.

The third quarter ended with Lincoln on top 56-30.

Clark finished off her career-best performance with a triple and three two-point field goals in the fourth quarter as Lincoln got back in the win column, 69-35.

Grace Bivin also scored her season-high 17 points versus Champaign Central.

Lincoln improved to 17-8 on the season.

The Lady Railers JV team won 55-32 over the Maroons.

Three players scored in double-figures for Lincoln: Emma Hutchison (13), Grey Gilbert (12) and Ella Schneider (11).

The Lincoln JV team improved to 16-1 on the season.

Lincoln will host Bloomington on Thursday night. The JV game will tip-off at 5:30 p.m. The Varsity will start at 7:00 p.m.
