The Lady Railers were up 14-8 at the end of the first quarter. Mia Clark drained two 3s in the opening quarter.

Paisley Holmes, Lily Holmes, Grace Bivin and Clark each scored a bucket in the second quarter as the Lady Railers held a 23-14 lead at the half.

The Purple Raiders opened the fourth quarter with six straight points. Lincoln finally scored at the 3:35 mark when Paisley Holmes drove the lane and tossed a pass to Bivin for the bucket. A minute later, Clark drove straight down the lane and took the ball to the hoop herself. Forty seconds after that basket, Clark hit a much needed three for Lincoln, stretching the lead to 35-24. The Purple Raiders came back quickly with a three from Josie Skeate and some twenty seconds later it was Tina Lenard draining her second three of the quarter and the score was 35-30. Following a Lincoln turnover the Purple Raiders had a chance to score but blew it twice. Bivin pulled down a huge rebound to give Lincoln possession of the ball with 18.6 seconds on the clock.
