first Coffee with the Mayor of 2026 was held on
Saturday January 10th at the Guest House Coffee and
Pastries. Lincoln Mayor Tracy Welch hosted the event
and was joined by Ward 4 alderman Stand Anderson and
Building, Zoning & Safety Officer Wes Woodhall.
The three addressed a wide variety of topics
impacting the city.
