Lady Railers surge past Rochester
in fourth quarter

Paisley Holmes scored seven points in the fourth quarter to
lead the Lady Railers to a 35-25 Central State Eight Conference win
over the Rochester Rockets on Thursday night.
Lincoln was trailing Rochester 26-22 when the third quarter ended.
Holmes and the Lady Railers outscored the Rockets 13-3 in the final
quarter to take the win.
The Rockets led for three quarters of the game, taking a 9-7 lead
after the first quarter and a 15-13 lead at the half.
Paisley Holmes led Lincoln with 11 points. She is a freshman.
Lincoln improved to 14-7.
The Lincoln JV team won 29-26 over Rochester.
Ella Schneider led the JV team with 12 points and Sage Gilbert
scored 10 points for Lincoln.
The Lady Railers game at Champaign Centennial on Saturday has been
cancelled.
