In the top of the third inning the Cardinals scored three runs
on a triple and three singles.
The Cardinals added two more runs in the top of the sixth inning
on a double by Andrew Potthoff.
Preston Shultz was the winning pitcher for Pleasant Plains.
Grady Rutledge was the losing pitcher for Lincoln. He threw four
and two-thirds innings, giving up six hits and three runs. He
walked one and struck out three.
Tate Aue pitched two and one-third innings, allowing three hits
and two runs. He struck out one batter.
Lincoln (18-9) will play North Mac on Friday at 4:30 p.m. in an
away game.
