Billy Vinyard
, with a little help from
a friend, once again this year created
a masterpiece foucsed on the 2015
special shape balloon, Darth Vader.
The balloon is sponsored by the city of
Lincoln. Vinyard piece is located at the
corner of Broadway and North McLean,
at city hall.
The early birds of the
event were students
of
Carroll Catholic
School
, who once
again this year did sev-
eral nice sections.
