Chocolate Marshmallow

“I got the recipe from my sister. This is WONDERFUL!”
20 Oreos cookies, crushed
1 cup milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, beaten
2 heaping cups miniature marshmallows
4 Hershey chocolate candy bars
1 cup Cool Whip
To make crust: put crushed Oreos in a pie pan or 9x9 pan. Set
aside. To make filling: mix milk and beaten egg yolks in a
double boiler pan; cook until custard like. Add marshmallows and
Hershey bars to mixture. Take off heat and add 2 beaten egg
whites; mix and let cool completely. Then cool stir in Cool Whip
and pour over the Oreo crust, chill in refrigerator over night.
