Warm Beef Appetizer

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, diced
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Combine all ingredients to greased Crock Pot. Cover and cook on
LOW until cheese is melted, about 1 hour to 1 ½ hours or until
heated through. Stir occasionally. Serve hot with crackers or
vegetables for dipping.
