“My family loves this easy to make Easter candy.”

white chocolate
coconut
green food coloring
mini jelly beans

Melt white chocolate in microwave on medium by 30 second intervals; stir until all is melted. Then add green food coloring, stir quickly to blend. Quickly add 1 or more cups of coconut, amount depends on how big a batch you want to make. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper to make the nests, must do this quickly as it will harden up fast. Put three little jelly beans on top of the newly formed nest. Cool completely before removing them.
Notes: You can use white bark also if you cannot find white chocolate. My family loves this easy to make Easter candy.
