Bunny’s Carrot Dip
SUBMITTED by newbie djc, Logan County
”Last year for Easter I came across this recipe, change it slightly and used low-fat ingredients. My family really liked it.”

2 medium carrots, finely shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Fresh vegetables or crackers

Shred carrots and then slightly chop: set aside. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt until smooth. Stir in the carrots and onions. Chill. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
NOTE: Food processor can be used. Also to make this dip healthy, use low-fat cream cheese and lite mayonnaise.
