Brownies topped Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

1 (19.8-ounce) box brownie mix
eggs, water and oil to prepare as box directions

Peanut butter dough:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts

Drizzle:
2 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 tablespoon milk

Mix and bake brownies as directed on box using a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Do not over bake brownies. Let cool.
For the peanut butter cookie dough: In large bowl cream together with an electric mixer the butter, brown sugar, milk and peanut butter; add flour and salt. Blend for a few minutes. Spread the peanut butter cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
To make drizzle: In microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate squares and milk just until chocolate is melted. Watch carefully so not to burn. Stir well. Drizzle chocolate over top. Let chocolate cool
