Texas Caviar

1 can pinto beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can shoe peg corn, drain and rinse.
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 cup red pepper
1 cup green pepper
1/4 cup diced jalapeno (jar)

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon cumin

Mix together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over the rest of ingredients and marinate all day. Drain and serve with chips.
