Ma’s Party Mix

“Our mother made this for every special family party.”
¾ cup butter
1 cup warm bacon drippings
½ tablespoon celery salt
½ tablespoon Accent seasoning
dash Tabasco
1 tablespoon Beau Mode
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
Dry ingredients:
1 box Cheerios
½ box pretzels
½ box Rice Chex cereal
½ box Wheat Chex cereal
1 pound Spanish peanuts
In saucepan, heat butter, bacon drippings and spices; stir to
mix well. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour warm
mixture over top and toss to coat. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1
hour or until cereal is crisp to taste. Stir well every 15
minutes. Cool and store in air tight container.
