Spring Fling Cake
SUBMITTED by Dr. Saint, Springfield

1 yellow cake mix
1 can Mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
½ cup oil

Mix all ingredients together and bake as directed in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool.

Frosting:
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla

Stir together pineapple and pudding; fold in Cool Whip and vanilla. Ice cooled cake and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
