SUBMITTED by Recipechick, Logan County
“Two favorite things put together, chocolate and cookie dough.”

1 package brownie mix
eggs, water and oil
Topping:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 individual snack packages of M and M candies

Make brownies according to package directions. Divide batter into a dozen large cupcake liners in pan. Bake in 350 degree oven until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. To make topping, beat together all ingredients except chocolate chips until mixture is very creamy. Fold in M and M’s. Spoon and spread topping on top of cooled cupcakes.
Note: Can be made in regular size cupcakes, be careful not to over bake. Also there are no eggs in the cookie dough and it is safe to eat unbaked as a topping.
