Guacamole Dip

3 avocados, peeled and seeded
1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped fine
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
4 drops hot sauce

Use a fork to mash avocado; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips as dip.
Notes: If your avocados are not soft, place them in a brown paper bag a day or two in a cabinet until ripened.
