Hot Reuben Dip

“If you like Reuben Sandwiches, you will like this dip.”

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 pound deli corned beef, finely chopped
1 cup sauerkraut, chopped, rinsed and drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
Snack rye bread

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and chili sauce. Stir in the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and onion until blended. Pour into a greased 1-qt. baking dish and cover with lid. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer or until bubbly. Serve warm with bread.
Note: You can put this in a slow cooker to keep warm at parties.
