TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

“A good way to use the seeds from your carved pumpkins.”
Pumpkin seeds (fresh)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Scoop out the seeds from a pumpkin. Wash seeds well; dry by
laying them out on paper towel. Grease cookie sheet with 2
tablespoons melted butter. Spread seeds on cookie sheet and toss
slightly. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour
or until seeds are golden brown.
Note: You may season the hot seeds with garlic powder, onion
powder or cinnamon.
