Pretzel Sticks dipped in Caramel & White Chocolate
by Debra Rohrer, LDN Food Editor

2 (14 oz.) package caramels
1 teaspoon water
1 (10 oz.) package braided pretzel treats (I buy mine at Wal-Mart)
1 (24 oz.) package white almond bark (white chocolate)
sprinkles

Heat caramels and water in double boiler until smooth. Dip pretzels in melted caramels, scraping off any excess with the tip of your wooden spoon and leaving tip uncovered to hold. Lay each pretzel stick on greased (sprayed with cooking spray) cookie sheet. Let cool, won’t take too long. In microwave safe bowl, heat white bark just until melted. Do not burn! Dip the pretzel sticks in the white bark to cover caramel. Shake off any excess. Sprinkle immediately with decorative sprinkles.
Let cool and dry.
Note: Makes a large amount and you may want to divide the recipe in half.
