Tortilla Roll Ups

“I always love these at parties and created my own version of
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
5 minced green onions, white and green parts
1/4 red bell pepper, minced fine
2 packages Budding's beef, chopped fine
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Mix cream cheese, green onions, red pepper and meat well. Spread
on top of tortillas one at a time and roll up. Squeeze tight.
Cut into 1/2 -3/4 inch pieces.
NOTE: to make larger rolls, spread mixture on a tortilla, then
cover with second tortilla and spread again. You will slice
these a little thinner.
