Brownie Fantasy
“wait till you hear all the oooo’s and ahhhh’s over this dessert”

crusts:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon brownie mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

filling:
2 (8 oz. each) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups dry brownie mix
1 large frozen whipped cream topping tub, thawed (divided)
additional tablespoon dry brownie mix for sprinkling

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for crusts together until moist. Divide evenly between (5 oz.) serving cups and press into the bottoms. Set aside.

In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, milk, sugar and vanilla. Add dry brownie mix and blend well. Fold in 2/3 of whipped topping. Spoon topping over top the crusts.

Top with remaining whipped cream. Put about 1 tablespoon of dry brownie mix in a sieve and sprinkle over top for decoration.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Note: you won’t use all of the brownie mix, save for another time. This recipe will make about 20-24 cups.
