Cucumber Round Appetizers

1 (6.5 oz) container garlic and herbs Alouette soft spreadable cheese
1 -2 cucumbers
Top with:
black olives, green olives or cherry tomatoes

Slice the cucumbers into thick slices (I first pealed the cucumber down 4 areas for a striped look) Gently place a spoonful of soft cheese on top of each cucumber (use 2 spoons or cheese place in pastry bag) Top each with an olive, cherry tomato or combination. Chill. Place on serving platter and garnish for appetizer.
