the second year in a row, kindergarten through fourth grade students at Chester
East Lincoln are becoming closer to their family. The second annual Reading Razzmatazz, coordinated by a
teacher’s committee at CEL, was a huge success. Nearly 60 families attended
last night’s event.

This event helps make better use of daylight. Studies have
also shown that because there is more sunlight, people use less
