TO THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF LINCOLN, ILLINOIS
Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the
City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Thursday,
August 17, 2000 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, to hear the following petition.
Petition by CCAonline to construct a self-supporting 140’
telecommunications tower at 601 Keokuk, Lot 4.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Wyatt and Latham’s Second
Addition to Lincoln, Logan County, except the following
described real estate: - Beginning at the north corner of
said Lot 1; thence southwesterly 5.50 feet along the
southeasterly line of Lot 1; thence northwesterly 127.33
feet parallel to the northeasterly line of Lot 1; thence
northwesterly 32.10 feet to the northwesterly line of Lot
1; thence northeasterly 28.15 feet along the northwesterly
line of Lot 1 to the point of beginning, commonly known as
601 Keokuk Street, Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois.
The Petition shall be on file in the Code Enforcement
Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment,
questions, and objections may be filed with the City Clerk
until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 17, 2000.
