Dianna
Lynn Harris, 37, of Springfield died at 3:35 p.m. Friday, May 5,
2000, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
A
memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, at Holland
& Barry Funeral Home in Lincoln with Tom Gerdts officiating.
Cremation rites were accorded.
Visitation
will be one hour prior to service time on Wednesday at the funeral
home.
She
was born Dec. 28, 1962, in Lincoln, a daughter of James Floyd and
Dorothea (Grisham) Harris.
She
is survived by her mother; two brothers, James Richard Harris and
Todd Eugene Harris, both of Lincoln; two half brothers, Jerry Jerome
Lewis of Lincoln and Floyd Junior Harris of Maryland; and a half
sister, Angela Lorraine Fairchild of Lincoln.
She
was preceded in death by her father.
She
was a member of Lincoln Christian Church.

Mary
I. Mott, 84, of St. Peters, Mo., formerly of Lincoln, died at 7:56
a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at St. Joseph West Hospital in Lake St.
Louis, Mo.
Graveside
services with Tom Gerdts officiating will be at 1 p.m. Monday, May
8, 2000, at Zion Cemetery, Lincoln.
Mrs.
Mott retired from Lincoln Developmental Center in Lincoln. She had
formerly worked at the Old Colonial Restaurant and at Stetson’s
China Factory.
She
was born Jan. 14, 1916, in Lincoln, a daughter of Hugh and Mary
(Eldridge) Fletcher. She married Theodore Amos Mott Oct. 15, 1977,
at Lincoln. He died Oct. 21, 1979.
Surviving
are one son, Don Millville of St. Peters, Mo.; one brother, Walter
"Jimmy" Fletcher of Golden, Colo.; one sister, Geraldine
M. Brown of Bloomington; one granddaughter; one grandson; two
great-grandsons; one nephew; one great-niece and other relatives.
She
was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers.
She
was a member of Lincoln Christian Church.

Virginia
Marie Schaub, 64, of Lincoln, died at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2000,
at St. John’s Hospital-North in Springfield.
Funeral
services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 8, at Zion Lutheran Church
in Lincoln with the Rev. Kirk Cunningham officiating.
Burial
will be in Zion Cemetery, Lincoln.
Visitation
will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, May 7, at Holland & Barry
Funeral Home in Lincoln and one prior to the service at the church
on Monday.
She
was retired from Lincoln Developmental Center in Lincoln after 35
years in direct care.
She
was born Aug. 3, 1935, in Mason County, a daughter of Richard
William and Emma (Buse) Schaub.
Surviving
are one son, Bill (and Lori) Schaub of Hartsburg; three
step-grandsons, Jeremiah Charron of Lincoln and Nathan and Morgan
Charron of Hartsburg; two brothers, Henry W. (and Juanita) Schaub of
Richland Center, Wis., and Wilbur (and Frances) Schaub of New
Holland; and two sisters, Sophia Marie Schaub of Lincoln and
Emmaline Schulte of Mason City.
She
was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
She
was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Lincoln, the church’s
Missionary League, the Ladies Aid Society and Gold Heirs.
